J'ai passé la dernière semaine à configurer un workflow qui connects mon CRM, mon email et a project management tool using some no-code AI platform. It looked impressive on paper, but in practice it's a nightmare. Every time a client sends a vague reply or a complex edge case pops up, the bot just hallucinates something useless or gets stuck in a loop. I end up spending 40 minutes fixing the mess it created instead of just answering the email myself.
I'm starting to think that selling "zero-touch" freelance workflows is pure marketing garbage for people who want to look like wizards without doing the actual work. If your client base isn't just answering "yes" to invoices, you need a human in the loop. Anyone else tried to automate the whole thing and realized it just creates more admin work?
